But we can’t do it alone! We’re always looking for passionate volunteers to join our team. Whether you’d like to help at our drive-thru pantry, assist with large pickups, or support our fundraising events, there’s a role for you.

  1. Forms Team
Volunteers greet families, distribute forms and QR codes, and assist with traffic flow to keep lines organized and moving smoothly.

  2. Families Team
Volunteers review and verify family information, confirm ID and address, and determine the items each family needs before passing this information to the Runners.

  3. Runners Team
Volunteers gather and load pantry bags and additional hygiene items into vehicles based on each family’s specific needs.

  4. Stocking Team
Volunteers prepare extra pantry bags, restock supplies, and ensure stations are fully stocked to keep the distribution process running smoothly.

Stocking Day Volunteer Roles

Stocking Day occurs on the second Saturday of every month. Volunteers can participate monthly, quarterly, or for the entire year! Join us to help keep our pantry stocked and ready for families in need.

  1. Shelf Stocking Team
Volunteers receive, inspect, and organize new inventory, separating products in the designated area of the pantry. They check for product damage, cover barcodes, complete inventory forms, and place new items on the shelves.

  2. Pantry Bag Packing Team
Volunteers assemble and pack 100 pantry bags, each containing essential items such as toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, laundry soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and other hygiene products. Packed bags are then organized on shelves for easy access.

  3. Clean-Up and Safety Team
Volunteers ensure that the pantry area is clean and safe by organizing shelves, breaking down cardboard, and taking out recycling and trash. They also ensure all doors and walkways are clear and secure the pantry before leaving.
